:new:We've got a few members, now! :boogie: So, I'd like to do a contest! If you don't dye eggs, fear not! I want everyone to participate! I was thinking the first contest could have something to do with club promotion, like stamp-making or a club ID or something... Feel free to comment and let me know what you guys think ^^
Also, I need ideas on what to do for potential prizes, besides features and subs... I'd love to make the winner an egg, but I dunno how I'd ship that... All input is welcomed and greatly appreciated :heart:

a question:
if you put the guidelines on the egg in pencil, and then go over them in wax, once you melt the wax off (after you have dyed it), are the lines still there (from the pencil)
i was just wondering because i am going to try to learn how to do pysanky. i want to try it out, but i think i will need guidelines because i dont have a steady hand

I think the egg would be a fantastic prize! Perhaps... lots of padding in the package? I'm not really a very good artist, but I'd certainly try if it was an ID or stamp contest.
Excellent! If I can figure out something to put inside the egg to make it stronger, that is definitely something I can try to offer! Honestly, any excuse for me to make these things works for me XD
And I think a stamp/ID contest is a good place to start for a new club as well... I've gotta figure out a good way to accommodate everyone, but I think we can do it! *determined*
